GRAMPIAN Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault that occurred at a flat in the Ashgrove area of Aberdeen.
The incident occurred between 6pm and 6:30 pm on Thursday within an flat on Gillespie Crescent, Aberdeen.
A 24-year-old male was assaulted by another male and suffered a facial injury as a result of the incident.
Police are keen to speak to a man who fled the address following the incident and is described as being in his twenties, of average build, wearing a black baseball cap, zipped red jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and trainers.
