Channel 4 news journalist Jon Snow will give a talk at the University of Edinburgh as part of its ‘Enlightenment’ series this coming Friday.
The broadcaster will discuss whether or not we are entering the golden age of journalism or leaving it.
Under the banner, Our Changing World, the series examines global challenges facing society and how university researchers can help deal with them.
The free event is sold out, but the series has its own Facebook page and is playing both video and podcast highlights afterwards.
