Man arrested following assault in Grassmarket
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an assault in Edinburgh’s Grassmarket area on Thursday, 26 September.
Enquiries are ongoing, and Detective Constable Mark Richmond said: “I’d like to thank those who assisted with our appeal.”
CCTV appeal following assault on George Street
A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an assault on George Street in Edinburgh.
The incident happened around 1:20am on Sunday, 29 September.
He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date, with a report to be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
The police have thanked the public for their assistance with the investigation.
