WATCH the shocking moment an Asda security guard lets out all of his anger on an apparent shoplifter, forcing her to remove her jacket to reveal hoards of stolen coffee.
The guard confronted a woman in one of the supermarket’s locations in Newcastle after allegedly spotting her swiping goods from the shelves.
Sparing no sympathy for the woman though, the guard was filmed unleashing a furious tirade, shouting and screaming at her to empty her jacket before angrily escorting her from the store.
Video filmed by a customer shows the security guard screaming at the alleged shoplifter and other customers.
Filmed at the self-checkout, the footage shows the security guard and several colleagues cornering the woman.
The guard can be heard screaming, “Get out, and shut up,” at a man in a red hoodie attempting to stand up for the woman.
He then turns his anger on the lady, demanding she drop her stolen goods and take off her jacket in his attempts to discover what she has stolen.
He can be heard shouting: “Pull everything out – everything. Take off your jacket, pull off your jacket.”
The woman appears terrified as the security guard continues to scream at her demanding she reveal all of the stolen goods.
She is accused by the security guard of stealing coffee, and he continues to berate her, demanding that she return it.
The guard’s tirade continues on for the whole video as he repeatedly screams and shouts at the woman to return the stolen goods.
The woman attempts to argue back at one point but is quickly and aggressively shouted down by the infuriated security guard.
Footage of the aggressive interaction was posted online yesterday with the caption: “Shop thief caught in Asda [in] Newcastle.”
The video has since received over 1,400 likes and more than 200 comments from viewers shocked by the guard’s aggressive tirade.
One user wrote: “What is going on in the comments with people slating the security guard?
