“That sausage should be pixelated”: Brits left in stitches by monster banger served as part of £14 Soho fry up

BRITS have been left in stitches at the size of a monster sausage served up as part of a fry up breakfast.

The £14 brekkie from Bar Bruno in Soho, London, came with a rather sizeable surprise when a punter ordered it on Monday.

Whilst the majority of the plate looked like what any self-respecting Brit would expect from a fry up, it was the enormous sausage that got tongues wagging.

Taken aback by the monstrous banger he was served, the customer snapped a pic to share online, which left countless other breakfast enthusiasts similarly speechless.

Easily dwarfing everything else on the plate, the massive meat left some social media users uncomfortable.

The monster sausage was served up alongside a sea of beans, mushrooms, black pudding, fried eggs, hash browns, bacon and, bizarrely, a portion of bubble and squeak – which is a dish made from cooked potatoes and cabbage.

Brits concluded the fry up was, all in all, not a bad deal for £14, especially considering the size of the sausage provided.

The monster banger, split slightly at one end from cooking, was more girth than length, appearing to be as thick as a man’s wrist, with the customer joking that he was “unable to make eye contact” with anyone in the restaurant while devouring it.

Brits had a visceral reaction to the sausage when it was innocently shared on social media on Monday.

The post was captioned: “Bar Bruno in Soho. Four really thick slices of toast and a really good coffee too.

“£14 – not too bad for the location. Bubble and squeak doesn’t do it for me.”

The post received well over 640 likes and more than 180 comments from Brits largely focused on the proverbial elephant in the room.

One user wrote: “That sausage should be pixelated.”

Another added: “That sausage is making me feel things.”

A third wrote: “Sausage looks like an alien is about to burst out of it.”

Another commented: “The sausage she tells you not to worry about.”

A fifth replied: “The sausage is scaring me.”
