Brit left baffled by equality training question posed to him for management position – which blatantly asks if racial slur “p**i” is acceptable

A BRIT has been left baffled by a bizarre equality training question he was posed at work – which blatantly asked if a grim racial slur was acceptable.

Sean Pye was completing training as part of his new management position when he was presented with the painfully obvious question.

Sean from Torquay, Devon, had worked his way through the task, which posed a series of words and asked whether they were appropriate.

Being told to select either “acceptable” or “unacceptable” in response to each word, Sean was then met with the single slur – “p**i”.

The brit was left baffled by the question.
The brit was left baffled by the question.

Left completely bewildered by the “ridiculous question”, Sean snapped a picture of his screen and shared it to social media.

Showing the computer screen that Sean sits in front of, three cards can be seen with the instruction: “Sort the cards in to categories to learn more.”

The three cards read “acceptable”, “unacceptable” and the final offensive one daubed wit the uncensored word “p**i”.

Social media users were likewise baffled by the odd question and quickly cracked jokes – although Sean was left wondering “who comes up with this nonsense”.

Sean shared the snap to social media yesterday with the caption: “This question in my equality training for my new management job was an all timer.”

He later added: “Really got to question who comes up with this nonsense. Such a ridiculous question.”

His post has since received over 7,100 likes and dozens of comments from social media users sarcastically responding.

One user said: “What would happen if you answered acceptable?”

Another added: “That’s a tricky one.”

A third joked: “Didn’t realise these were so hard, what the f**k.”

Another wrote: “Very comfortable, these lot. Would love to see them try it with other derogatory words”

A fifth quipped: “Tough one that.”
