SCOTS property company Knight Property Group has welcomed a further tenant to its £20m sustainable office building in Edinburgh Park.
Pulsant, an IT and digital edge infrastructure provider, have moved into the office space at 4-5 Lochside Avenue on a ten-year lease.
The company has moved from South Gyle, with Lochside Avenue now being home to around 80 people.
Knight invested £20m into the redevelopment of the three-storey 4-5 Lochside Avenue, which has made it one of Edinburgh Park’s most sustainable office buildings.
The building is all-electric, with an EPC ‘B+’ rating and offers occupiers a net zero in operation office, aligned to Net Zero targets and Scottish Government ‘New Build Heat Standards.’
With headquarters in Maidenhead, Pulsant has further offices in Edinburgh, Gateshead and London, along with a national network of 12 data centres across the UK.

Edinburgh Park is home to 7,000 employees with surrounding occupiers including JP Morgan, Marsh, HSBC and Lloyds. Edinburgh Park benefits from good local amenities, including the Gyle Shopping Centre and Hermiston Gait Retail Park.
