A MAN has been charged with indecently assaulting a teenager at a bus stop.
The 33-year-old was caught by police in Musselburgh High Street on Wednesday afternoon and later interviewed.
Police said the arrest follows the assault which took place on Tranent High Street in October when an 18-year-old girl was approached by the man in broad daylight.
Whilst speaking to her, he allegedly took her hand and placed it over his groin.
After a member of the public saw the act and intervened, he walked off.
The man is due to appear at Haddington Sheriff Court on Wednesday, December 16.
