Buyers hoping to get a chance to live in one of Glasgow’s most renowned buildings are being urged to act quickly.
Just four apartments remain from the initial phase of development at the iconic Cathcart House.
However, the second phase has just been released with prices for the apartments ranging from £173k to £366k, with first entries towards the end 2019.
Located in the sought-after south side area of Glasgow, iconic Cathcart House is an exclusive redevelopment of a landmark grade ‘B’ listed building.
Cathcart House was designed by Scottish architect, Sir John James Burnet, and built by the Wallace Scott Tailoring Institute in 1916.
Formerly known as the headquarters of Scottish Power since it was bought by the company on 1950s.
Property developer FM Group acquired the building in 2017 and has been extensively refurbishing it through a £40m redevelopment plan.
As a listed building, Cathcart House will retain its original hallway entrance and its marble staircase with decorative balustrades.
Potential buyers can choose from one of 73 luxury apartments with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and 2 bedroom penthouses.
The apartments will be spread over five floors, benefitting from an attractive internal landscaped courtyard area.
