AN amazing video shows a badger putting on a pole dancing routine as it tries to steal food from a bird feeder.
The clip shows the ravenous animal clinging on to a garden feeding station near the shores of Loch Lomond.
Lucy Fraser, who runs the Oak Tree Inn guest house in Balmaha, captured the footage on Monday evening.
Her hilarious film shows the badger doing “crunches” in the air when it finally manages to bite on to part of the bird feed.
The creature also spins around the pole while clutching on with its front paws.
Best of all, the badger tries to do a “leg hook” – a classic pole dancing move – but fails and falls on to the grass on its back.
Even then, the badger refuses to give up and makes a couple more attempts to get to the food before the clip ends.
Lucy said the badgers return to the house every evening and constantly try to steal food from the bird feeders.
She said: “Hilarious watching a badger swinging from the bird food. Hope you all enjoy as much as I did.”
She later branded the animal “the dancing badger”.
The post has been liked more than 200 times and attracted dozens of comment from entertained viewers.
