LOCALS have been left tickled after spotting a Shetland pony wandering around a business park in Edinburgh.
The small Scottish horse was spotted roaming the Edinburgh Park area yesterday by a stunned passerby.
As a motorist passed by the wee pony, they recorded footage of the horse grazing on some grass by a bus stop.
The mystery pony appeared to be tethered to a nearby tree with locals left baffled as to why it was there.
Some theorised it was visiting the business park with a group of travellers who set up camp nearby.
The horse greeted commuters on their way out of the office, standing on a grass verge along a main road in and out of the business park.
A post to social media shared yesterday shows the horse chowing down on some grass, it reads: “Edinburgh Park, normally just a business hub.”
It’s unclear where the pony appeared from with the post gaining over 90 likes and more than two dozen comments theorising on the horse’s origins.
One user wrote: “When I worked there, there were issues with travellers setting up camp in one of the carparks.”
Another commented: “What a b***-end, filmed himself making video on phone whilst driving. Hope cops see it and gets done.”
A third said: “That’s the one I bet on at Cheltenham.”
Another added: “Eco-friendly grass cutter at work.”
A fifth replied: “Keeping the grass down for free.”
