HENDERSON Loggie is set to move to a new Edinburgh city centre office to accommodate its growth.
The independent accountancy firm will move to the larger premises, marking the end of six years in Edinburgh’s Thistle Street and 25 years in the Scottish capital in general.
The relocation to the Stamp Office building at 10-14 Waterloo Place provides Henderson Loggie, which also has offices in Dundee, Glasgow and Aberdeen, with more space to accommodate recent growth and offers capacity for planned further expansion.
The new premises are located at the east end of Princes Street close to Waverley Station, and were upgraded last year with a focus on employee wellness and sustainability.
At 7,500 sq. ft., almost 3,000 sq. ft larger than the Thistle Street office, key highlights include acollaboration space for training, seminars, and events.
Henderson Loggie’s chair Shona Campbell said: “Our workforce in Edinburgh has more than doubled since 2018 and we plan for further growth.
“Our relocation to the Stamp Office marks a significant milestone for Henderson Loggie and positions us perfectly for the future.
“The enhanced facilities will support our long-term vision and our efforts to continue providing exceptional service while expanding ourfootprint in the central belt.
“Choosing another city centre location means we stay as accessible as ever, for our people, our clients and for the wider business community.
“The move is also in line with our sustainability goals as the building’s energy performance is rated EPC A, helping us cut our carbon emissions as a business.”
Henderson Loggie operates a full-service office in Edinburgh and has experienced significant growth across audit, accountancy and business advisory, tax, payroll and financial planning, as well as specialist offerings of business recovery and insolvency, forensic and most recently, expansion of the corporate finance team.
