MILLER Homes has announced the launch of its third development in Clydebank, which will be called Millerpark.
The 128 energy-efficient homes will create a new community that will help meet the growing demand for housing in Clydebank.
They follow the popular developments of Millerbank and Braidfields in the town.
The development will offer a variety of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, catering to first-time buyers, downsizers, and families at all stages of life.
Millerpark intends to offer a blend of urban convenience and local amenities.
These include the Clyde Shopping Centre, High Street, and two train stations—Clydebank and Singer—providing easy access to Glasgow city centre.
For those who love the outdoors, connections to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs make rural adventures easily accessible.
Louise Caldwell, sales director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: “Millerpark offers a prime location for families looking to settle down.
“Its proximity to Glasgow city centre and the abundance of amenities in Clydebank make it an ideal choice.
“The development features a variety of home styles, perfect for first-time buyers, retirees seeking to downsize, or growing families needing more space.”
Prospective buyers are invited to join the celebration on Saturday, 8 February, to explore the possibilities of life in the new community.
Miller Homes is also releasing a selection of homes, which will be available to pre-reserve online at 9am on Saturday, 8 February. Prices start at £220,000.
