Cast revealed as Tina Turner musical set to make Edinburgh debut in 2025

THE full cast for the musical based on Tina Turner’s life has been revealed as the show is set to make its Edinburgh debut this year.

Tina – The Tina Turner Musical opens at the Curve Theatre in Leicester from 6 March to 22 March before visiting a further 20 venues – with the show set to visit the Scottish capital from 11 November to 22 November at the Edinburgh Playhouse.

The jukebox musical covers the life of the Queen of Rock n’ Roll – who passed away in May 2023 – from her beginnings in Tennessee to her meeting future husband Ike Turner, and her eventual rise to superstar status.

Now, the producers have shared who will be bringing Turner to life on the stage, with Elle Ma-Kinga N’Zuzi and Jochebel Ohene MacCarthy sharing the iconic role.
