SCOTRAIL has been recognised as a top UK employer, receiving the accolade for a sixth consecutive year.
Being certified as a top employer is said to “highlight an organisation’s commitment to creating a better world of work”.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations according to the participation and outcomes of its HR Best Practices Survey.
This survey covers six HR domains and 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, and well-being.

The programme has certified and recognised over 2,400 top employers in 125 countries and regions across five continents.
