SCOTTISH solicitors BTO has announced the promotion of Paul Greenhill to partner within its real estate team.
A dual-qualified lawyer in Scots and English law, Paul has provided tailored, strategic advice across a wide spectrum of real estate matters.
In his new role, Paul will continue to advise clients on commercial property matters across sectors such as retail, entertainment, financial services, automotive, charity, and the public sector.
His extensive portfolio includes tenant representation, investment acquisitions, and facilitating bank security transactions for lenders and borrowers.
This promotion aligns with BTO’s broader efforts to expand its Real Estate team, following the recruitment of three new solicitors at its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
Grant Hunter, BTO’s managing partner, commended Paul, stating: “Paul’s promotion reflects his remarkable dedication and the outstanding service he provides to our clients.
“His dual qualification enhances our Real Estate team’s ability to deliver seamless support to businesses operating throughout the UK.”
Caroline Carr, BTO’s chair, emphasised the firm’s commitment to developing talent, saying: “Paul’s promotion reinforces BTO’s ongoing commitment to nurturing our own talent and delivering outstanding legal support in the fast-paced real estate sector.”
Expressing his enthusiasm, Paul Greenhill shared: “I am thrilled to become a partner at such an innovative and forward-thinking firm.
“I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of BTO’s real estate team and supporting our clients with their evolving property needs across the UK.”
