Hutcheon Mearns real estate appointed to market Banchory trade park

HUTCHEON Mearns Real Estate, alongside Montagu Evans, has been appointed by Seamount Property Development to market a new trade park in Banchory, Aberdeenshire.

The development, located on Burn O’Bennie Road, will support the town’s growth by offering high-quality industrial and trade counter units.

The Banchory Trade Park will cover 20,000 sq. ft, featuring four terraces.

Howdens, a trade kitchen and joinery supplier, has pre-committed to anchor the development with a 6,000 sq. ft unit on a long-term lease.

Other units, ranging from 800 to 6,000 sq. ft, will also be available.

Iain Landsman, Managing Director at Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate, commented, “Banchory has seen a spike in residential development, contributing to its growth.

Banchory Trade Park will complement the wider Hill of Banchory development, bringing new employment opportunities to the area.”

The project represents another achievement for Hutcheon Mearns Real Estate, which launched in March 2023 and has since built a strong portfolio.
