GORDON Ramsay has hilariously warned Dua Lipa away from her viral drink recipe after trying the chart topper’s bizarre mixture for himself.
The singer shared a video to social media last Saturday describing her favourite fizzy drink concoction, containing Diet Coke, pickle juice and jalapenos.
Fans weren’t impressed by the 29-year-old singer’s bizarre beverage and chef Ramsay was the latest to try it out for himself.
However, the 57-year-old was hilariously left doubled over in disgust by the Houdini singer’s mixture, urging her to give the drink up or face “ruining [her] vocal chords”.
Video shows Ramsay himself mixing the drink in a red cup filled with ice for a taste test, adding Diet Coke, pickle juice and jalapeno juice before topping it off with more Coke.
He topped the bizarre concoction with several jalapenos and pickles following Dua Lipa’s own recipe before raising the cup and uttering: “Okay, here goes. Seriously?”
Sipping a tiny amount of the juice, Ramsay immediately spits it back out again, spraying it outward, disgusted by the taste and laughing hysterically.
Ramsay begins to cough and splutter after tasting the drink, bent double by the effect of the concoction.
He quickly chastises the popstar for her taste and warned her away from the juice mix: “Dua Lipa for god’s sake girl, you’ll ruin your vocal cords.”
Ramsay follows up in classic foul-mouthed fashion, exclaiming at the taste of the strange drink mixture: “S**t.”
Ramsay’s video tasting the singer’s drink was shared on social media yesterday with the caption: “Had to try what Dua Lipa was cooking up.”
The footage has since received over 205,000 likes and more than 3,200 comments from social media users left in stitches.
One user wrote: “You can never go wrong with anything Dua Lipa says.”
Another added: “You didn’t have the pickles from Dua Lipa’s hand. I’ve heard that’s the secret ingredient.”
A third said: “I think he put too many jalapeños and pickle juice.”
Another commented: “I will not be trying but I 100% trust Gordon’s review.”
