AN ENTITLED man who was seen attempting to pass a police cordon at an accident was spotted again later the same day trying to intrude at the scene of a fire.
The brazen bloke was snapped at the scene in Catford, south-east London on Wednesday attempting to physically push past police officers.
Believed to be an “auditor” filming police to demonstrate his legal rights, he was seen recording an officer at the cordon in Parliament Square, where a road accident occurred earlier in the day, before attempting to walk through the scene.
Upon arriving at the street taped off by the fire brigade, he reportedly harassed officers before unsuccessfully trying to push them out of the way.
Images posted to social media show them restraining him, almost pushing him to the ground to stop him from entering.
Ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters were deployed to the blaze at a block of flats, but thankfully, no injuries were reported.
Without the mask and cap he was seen wearing to disguise his identity previously, the nuisance approached the cordon outside shops on Rushey Green.
In a repeat of his previous performance, he is said to have made abusive comments to the two officers protecting the scene.
After reportedly spending around an hour attempting to provoke them, he tried his luck at shoving past them to get under the tape, taunting them to arrest him.
His attempts got him nowhere but backwards though, with the officers ignoring his jibes and moving him on.
The snaps were shared to social media yesterday with the caption: “Having left Parliament Square to attend the 10-pump high rise fire in Catford.
“What now turns out to be the same guy filmed in Parliament Square harassing officers on cordon duty at the scene of a serious road traffic collision incident earlier in the afternoon and demanding he be allowed to walk through the scene.
“This clown turned up at the scene in Catford minus his mask and cameras.
“This clown spent a considerable time, harassing, being abusive and basically winding up and trying to provoke the two officers because he would not be let through the cordon at this second scene. A repeat of what was recorded.
“After about an hour of this and then informing a group of people that he will simply push his way through, and the officers will not stop him, or they will have to arrest him, he launched his cunning little plan.
“Unfortunately for him, with his attempts to push his way through, he got nowhere.
“Giving all credit to the two officers involved, who throughout had been totally professional, calm and polite with this guy and did not facilitate his second wish for them to arrest him.
“I am led to believe this guy is an auditor whose goal is record and provoke situations with police at every opportunity he gets.
“Although visually it was actually quite amusing as he attempted to pass by two fit coppers, it really highlights the crap many officers have to endure simply doing their job.
“Credit to these two officers and really being verbally abused for doing their job, is not what they signed up for.”
The post has since received over 190 likes and more than 40 comments from Brits despairing at the “clown’s” antics.
One wrote: “Why wasn’t he nicked? They are putting hands on [him] and he is going to multiple locations causing issues. Pretty simple solution to deal with him.”
A second said: “Maybe he’s a serial cordon botherer, the coppers know this and it’s more effective being polite and pushing him back rather than nicking him (which is what he wants) and dealing with all the paperwork and trouble that’s going to cause.”

“If he pushes into officers he should be arrested, should have got his wish. Idiot.”
A fourth added: “I get the patience from the cops when they’re just trying to be entitled and argumentative, but the moment he became physical and forceful, he should have been arrested and had his camera seized.”
