‘Blade Runners’ strike again as yet another ULEZ camera is toppled by power tool in London

THE anti-ULEZ vigilantes known as the ‘Blader Runners’ have struck again as yet another camera in London has been brought down by a power tool.

A camera mounted atop a traffic light somewhere in the capital city was targeted by a masked bloke in a video shared by notorious Blade Runner Matt Hardy yesterday.

The shadowy footage of the vandal shows him working away at a camera pole with a power tool under the cover of darkness, felling it and delivering the final blow by damaging the camera itself beyond repair.

The video footage shows one Blade Runner using a power tool to saw at the pole holding up a ULEZ camera.

The powered saw can be heard screaming off the metal of the post as the activist cuts through the camera’s support.

Finally sawing all the way through the post, it buckles and falls but the vandal doesn’t stop there as he sets about attacking the camera itself with the power tool.

More scraping can be heard as the hooded and masked man uses his power tool to inflict further damage on the camera itself.

Cutting it loose from its supporting pole, the activist grabs the camera and makes off with it, presumably to stop it being hastily reinstalled.

Video footage of the vigilante protester was shared to social media by Matt yesterday with the caption: “Bladerunner does two cuts here and takes the ULEZ away.”

The video has received over 730 likes and more than 20 comments from social media users supporting the vigilante’s actions.

One user said: “Doesn’t muck about. Just gets the job done.”

Another wrote: “Patriotism at its best.”

A third replied: “Hero.”

Another joked: “Will it be available on Ebay?”

A fifth commented: “Absolute legends.”
