THIS is the shocking moment a vulgar England fan bizarrely celebrated the national team’s success by pulling out his penis in a pub full of punters.
Fans gathered in the Floods Tavern in St Ives, Cornwall on Wednesday where they watched on as England grabbed a last-minute goal against the Netherlands to secure their place in the final against Spain.
With celebrations breaking out throughout the boozer, one fan got a bit too overexcited, deciding in a moment of madness to shockingly pull his penis out and swing it around.
The video – presumably filmed by a pal – shows the moustached man, already shirtless, struggling to pull his trousers down as he stands on a bench next to another fan.
The lad eventually gets his trousers off and, gripping his penis in one hand, begins to swing it around as punters scream and laugh.
One pubgoer off-screen – seemingly unimpressed with the shameful stunt – then throws a beer at the man, drenching him as his trousers remain around his ankles.
Covering up his manhood again, the man then reaches for his jeans and hoists them back up as the camera turns away from him.
The unsavoury video was shared to social media yesterday with the caption: “Ye (sic) fella gets his chopper out in the local boozer when England win.”
The footage received over 5,500 likes and more than 235 comments from appalled social media users.
One user said: “Ain’t no chopper that. It’s a nipper.”
