THIS is the shocking moment that a woman trashed a phone shop, hurled racist abuse at the clerk and screamed at bystanders – all because she was denied a refund.
The 19-year-old woman kicked off at ElectTronex in The Pavilions Shopping Centre in Uxbridge, West London on Saturday after being told she couldn’t have a refund for a phone that she allegedly purchased three months before.
The shameful woman was subsequently filmed throwing items from the shelves and smashing up phones before branding the staff member a “p**i p***k” and saying she hopes his “mum gets r***d”.
Video filmed by a member of staff shows the entire incident unfold as the woman grabs phones from a shelf and throws them against a wall.
She shouts: “You dont f***ing want to you p**ck, you think I’m going to get arrested again, I dont give a f**k I’ve been arrested hundreds of times.”
The staff remain calm in the face of the woman’s cocky aggression as she continues: “Ah, security, ah, police, stop recording me I’m scared.”
The shopkeeper chuckles though, confidently replying: “No problem, you’re making an idiot out of yourself.”
The woman shouts back: “I don’t give a f**k, you should have just given me my f***ing money back then, p***k.”
The woman continues to smash up the patient shopkeeper’s merchandise – throwing dozens of products at the walls and floor as a crowd gathers at the shop’s entrance, filming her every move.
The shopkeeper again says: “You’re making an idiot out of yourself, you’re not going to get your money that way are you?”
A man then approaches the woman to try and negotiate with her, warning: “We’re going to call the police if you don’t stop this.”
The unbothered woman waves him off before the man recording asks his colleague to grab her – prompting the woman to goad: “Grab me, I’d love him to try and grab me.”
She then begins looking for her bag as she tries to make a getaway, demanding the shopkeeper hand it over, but he replies: “You can wait until security and police get here.”
Growing angrier, she shouts: “Where the f**k is my bag? Do you want me to spit in your face p***k? Do you want me to spit in your face you stupid p**i p***k?”
She gives up and goes back to smashing up the shop as the shopkeeper says: “Go on, go ahead, it’s all getting recorded, you can wait till police come.”
She begins shouting, “I’m waiting for police right here”, as a security guard enters the shop to try and calm her.
One unseen member of the public can then be heard saying to the woman, “Pathetic, you are pathetic”, prompting her to storm over to the gathered crowd.
The clip then cuts to her standing back in front of the shopkeeper with her arms folded as he asks the woman: “What was the actual point?”
She screams in response: “Because you wouldn’t give me my money back you stupid p***k.”
She then adds: “I’m going to come back every single day and f**k up the shop every single day and see how you like it.”
The shopkeeper, calm and stoic as ever, says: “You can come back, come back every day, I’ll see you every day, it’s okay, no problem.”
Shockingly the woman says: “I hope your mum gets r***d, I hope your mum gets r***d for real. I hope your mum gets r***d and her a***hole and her p***yhole gets split open.”
The abhorent remark on the woman’s part prompts the shop staff to laugh in her face which only infuriates her more as she continues damaging the shop.
She goes on to target the shopkeepers with personal abuse shouting: “Go play on the motorway. Go play with your sister’s p***y.”
The shopkeepers goad her on, daring her to wreak more havoc on camera, but she storms out of the shop and confronts a member of the watching crowd.
A member of the public then shouts: “Come out of that old woman’s face now. Don’t ever get in an old woman’s face.”
An argument then breaks out as the shop wrecker shrieks: “Who the f**k are you? Go and look after your f***ing kids.
“Better things to do than looking at other people’s business, yeah? I’m sure you do.”
She strolls back in the shop but snaps her head back round as her opponent says to an unseen crowd member: “Don’t ever let her go in your face like that again, the stupid b***h.”
The woman then threatens to knock the havoc-wreaking blonde out, prompting her to taunt: “Come b***h.”
The confrontation then reaches its climax as a man – who appears to be the partner of the woman she is taunting – storms into the shop.
He angrily approaches the woman in defence of his partner and appears to slap her in the face before he is pulled away by a security guard.
The situation continues to rumble on as the two women clash over the shop-wrecker’s behaviour and the lack of action by security staff.
The footage was shared to social media on Saturday with the caption: “Today a customer came into ElectTronex in Uxbridge.
“She wanted a refund for a phone she bought three months ago.
“The phone was new when she bought it and she wanted to refund it because ‘she needed money to buy something’.
“The staff then told her we can’t do a refund for that as it isn’t a valid reason, and the phone was in perfect working order.
“It had also passed the refund period as three months was too late. The staff offered her an exchange or a buyback from the customer for a lower price.
“She demanded a full refund and flipped out. The staff called the police as she went on to damage the store’s goods.
“She saw an elderly woman recording and started chasing her. Another women with a pram told her to leave the old women alone and they started to argue with each other.
“She was caught on camera making racial slurs and saying ‘I hope your mum gets r***d’ to one of the staff.
“She threatened to spit on the staff and a member of the public. She has been arrested and the store owners will press charges on her. Full video.”
The footage of the woman’s tirade has received over 11,000 likes and more than 1,800 comments from users left appalled by her behaviour.
One commented: “Never been told ‘no’ as a child.”
Another added: “She’s just lovely isn’t she, great job mum and dad.”
A third said: “She should be made to pick everything up and put it back exactly how it was.”
Another replied: “Well done for staying super calm brothers. Amazing.”
Speaking today a Met Police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 1:09pm on Saturday, 8 June, to a shop in the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Uxbridge.
“Officers attended and detained a 19-year-old woman who was said to have thrown items in the shop and been abusive towards staff.
“The victim stated to the attending officers that he did not wish to provide a statement or make any criminal allegations. The woman was not arrested.
“Officers are now aware of video subsequently published online, which includes racist comments and threats.
“This will be reviewed, and officers will again speak with staff at the shop.”
