Scots legal firm announces promotions across its UK offices

A SCOTS legal firm has announced a number of promotions as it attempts to expand its offerings across Scotland and the wider UK.

Gilson Gray has announced 18 promotions in total across the firm’s departments and locations in Scotland and England.

The firm, which has offerings in residential, private, corporate and financial services was recently named best estate agency for Edinburgh and Lothians at the Scottish Business Awards.

Rob McGregor has become head of estate agency at Gilson Gray’s property division, while Callum Sutherland now leads new business and home-buying at the firm’s residential conveyancing arm.

Fraser Cameron has also been appointed to legal director at Gilson Gray’s litigation team,.

This comes as Emma Bradbury was named chief operating officer at Gilson Gray Financial Management last month.

Matthew Gray, managing director of property services at Gilson Gray, said: “Rob and Callum, along with our other promotions, have thoroughly earned their new roles and will provide sound leadership.

“We have seen substantial growth across our offices in Scotland and England over the past few years, with increasing demand for property services, which we only expect to continue this year and beyond.”

The firm has office locations in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee, East Lothian and Lincoln.
