THIS is the moment that a brazen Scots quad biker opts to recklessly endanger themselves by drifting through a busy roundabout – narrowly avoiding an oncoming bus.
The dopey driver was captured as he opted to drive the all-terrain vehicle through Kirkcaldy, Fife yesterday.
Shocked passengers in motors waiting to join the roundabout captured the wreckless joyrider narrowly avoiding traffic as his wheels skid from under him.
Video shows the moment that the red quad bike arrives on the scene passing from the right-hand side of the car whose passenger films the ridiculous antics of the driver.
As the quad bike moves to go round, the wheels begin to drift away from the driver and towards traffic that is patiently waiting to join the roundabout.
The motorist, who has opted to drive without a helmet, then twists his handlebars quickly causing the entire vehicle to slide in a style known as drifting.
His dangerous stunt brings him skidding past several exits as he makes his way around the roundabout.
The wreckless joyride nearly gets the quad bike rider hit by a bus as he slides past the front end of the public transport just as it merges into the roundabout.
The driver, sporting a red hooded top and dark trousers, seems unfazed by the antics of other unhappy drivers who wait for him to pass before joining the road.
The video ends just as the dodgy motorist ends his slide and heads for an exit with the bus he nearly collided with hot on his heels.
The clip was shared to social media yesterday with the caption: “Tokyo drift Kirkcaldy.”
The video received over 460 likes with hundreds of comments from social media users shocked by the man’s antics.
One said: “In Aberdeen the police have started to use DNA spray on rogue bikers like this guy and off-road bike riders.
“Seemingly been very successful in tracing the riders after they’ve dumped the bike.”
Another added: “With any luck he will soon give his organs to a decent human being.”
A third replied: “Nothing a heavy-duty taser wouldn’t fix. At least it might act as some deterrent, because there isn’t any at the moment.”
Another remarked: “God damn bus driver pulling out.”
