A BOLD Celtic fan filmed himself mocking a bar full of Rangers supporters following Saturday’s Old Firm match.
The unnamed fan turned up at the door of Rumours bar in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire on Saturday following his side’s 2-1 victory over the Gers, which all but clinched them their 54th top-flight title.
Goading his rival fans, the supporter’s exchange of words escalated to him strolling into the boozer – where he was promptly kicked out and told to “f**k off”.
Filming himself, the fan peers through the door and sees a group of Rangers fans drinking and playing pool and proceeds to mock them.
The brave Celtic fan shouts into the bar, “Yas, here we go” as he shakes his fist in the air victoriously.
He proceeds to call the occupants of the pub “dirty orange b******s” and exclaims: “Check the state of them all man.”
The Rangers supporters quickly take notice of the man in the Celtic strip mocking them, and two approach him, shouting: “F**k off.”
Unfazed, the Celtic fan begins to cheer victoriously again upping his efforts to anger the opposition fans.
One of the Rangers supporters, dressed in an orange top, then begins demanding that the cheeky Celtic fan “mon (sic) in”.
He continues to invite the Celtic fan into the pub as his pal, dressed in blue, instead tells him to “f**k off”.
The Celtic fan backs up but remains cheeky and continues to wind up the Rangers die-hards with commands to “shut the door”.
As he continues to back up the man in orange watches him intently, prompting the Celtic fan to ask: “What you staring at you fat old b*****d?”
The man in orange responds, “You”, before once again repeating his invitation to the Celtic fan to come into the pub.
The Celtic fan, staying cocky, responds with more jibes of, “What [are] you staring at?”, as well as calling the man a “dirty orange b*****d”.
Suddenly feeling bold, the Celtic fan opts to take the man up on his offer and then strides into the pub full of Rangers supporters.
As soon as he enters though, he is immediately told to leave by the barmaid but protests, gesturing at the Rangers fan in the orange shirt as he says: “He told me to come in though.”
They exchange some inaudible words as the Celtic fan is swiftly removed from the bar by the staff members.
The cheeky fan continues to mock the Rangers supporters even as he is kicked out with continued shouts of: “Get it round you.”
The man in the orange threatens him saying, “I’ll kick your a**e” as the barmaid – noticing he’s filming – makes a grab for the Celtic fan’s phone.
Dashing out the door he continues his jeers as he walks off down the street continuing to shout: “Round yous (sic) all.”
The footage was shared to social media yesterday captioned only with a series of laughing face emojis.
It has since received over 2,500 likes and more than 120 comments from users on social media who marvelled at the Celtic fan’s boldness.
One user said: “Don’t think this is funny at all, could have ended all wrong for him.”
Another added: “He’s lucky they were friendly enough. Doing that in the wrong pub you’re almost guaranteed to get bottled.”
A third wrote: “Some balls, fair play. But couldn’t see you getting away with that in the North of Ireland buddy.”
Another replied: “Been there done that. I actually managed a pint or two after we beat them 5-1, I think.
“No hoops on, just a bright green hoodie, but some of the natives knew me so I was okay.”
