Hat’s unbelievable: Scots traveller stunned after finding Pakistani bloke sporting Strathclyde Police cap – 3,800 miles away from Glasgow

A SCOTS traveller was left stunned after trekking over 3,800 miles to Pakistan only to spot a man in the street sporting a cap from Police Scotland.

Callum Mills – who goes by CallumAbroad online – is known for his exploits across the world having first begun travelling during the Covid pandemic.

The Coatbridge native recently journeyed to Lahore, Pakistan to film new content for his online channels.

Whilst there he met a man on the street earlier this week and couldn’t believe his eyes after he noticed the chap wearing a cap from the now defunct Strathclyde Police Pipe Band.

The Scot spotted a familiar sight while on his travels.

In an image snapped by Callum, a man can be seen stood between a row of pushbikes and a car with suitcases in the foreground.

His blue shirt reads security with two guns underneath and atop his head sits the cap.

The well-beaten hat is embroidered with the emblem of what was Scotland’s largest police force alongside the words “Strathclyde Police Pipe Band”.

The moustached man glances away from the camera whilst Callum snaps the picture of his hat.

Callum shared the image to social media earlier this week with the caption: “What the f**k is going on with the hat choices in Lahore?”

His post received over 2,700 likes with dozens of comments from social media users who were left shocked by the discovery.

One joked: “They’re watching you.”

Another added: “Did you go with gifts?”

A third replied: “What the f**k?”

Callum has previously sat down to have tea with the Taliban and also met the brother of Colombia’s Pablo Escobar on his previous jaunts across the globe.

Strathclyde Police used to be Scotland’s largest police force before all regions joined together to create Police Scotland to oversee policing in the country as a whole.
