THIS is the horrific moment a group of men are filmed beating two Irish women on the street in broad daylight – leaving one unconscious.
The incident was caught on film on Mary Street in Dublin as an argument between the group of three men and the women turned physical.
Each of the men can be seen manhandling their counterparts in different ways, culminating in one of the young women falling to the pavement, knocked out.
Video footage shows a group of people shouting at one another on the side of the road with two women dressed in white trousers in a heated argument with another group, comprised of both male and female pals.
Suddenly, a man pushes one of the women to the floor and his pal follows up with a vicious kick while she lies on the ground.
The attackers can be heard screaming in American accents: “Move, get the f**k out of here.”
As she is attacked by the man, the woman’s friend argues with two others who shout at her to: “Get the f**k out of here.”
The two women refuse to leave and continue to walk along the road arguing with the attackers, one of whom becomes angry, and grabs hold of one of the women.
The man grapples with her, grabbing her from behind, as she screams in horror at being attacked for a second time.
Another man then joins the fray, pulling the woman’s hair and trying to force her to the ground as the fight becomes more violent.
Video then cuts to the location on Mary Street where hundreds of bystanders watch on as the violent brawl continues.
One of the women from earlier can be seen dragging one of the attackers to the floor by the head, appearing to pull his hair.
As the chaos continues it becomes impossible to track the combatants in the crowd of bystanders, but footage shows one of the women, identifiable by her white trousers, crashing to the floor unconscious.
She lies sprawled on her back at the feet of the attackers from earlier in the video, leaving the person recording shocked.
Her friend also appears to be on the floor as she is beat mercilessly by the group from earlier who stand around her stomping on her and punching her.
The person recording the footage can be heard saying, “Oh she’s knocked out” as she walks over for a closer view of the brawl.
People rush to help the unconscious woman as her friend continues to be beaten in the background of the video.
The harrowing video was shared to social media yesterday with the caption: “Disturbing footage. Foreigners attack, stomp on, and knock out young Irish girls.”
It has since received over 3,600 likes and more than 1,700 comments from users on social media left stunned by the violent scene.
One user said: “I detected an American accent from one of the attackers.”
Another added: “Very disturbing.”
A third replied: “And no one stopping it? Just letting it happen.”
Another commented: “What were all the Irish men doing? Should have been sorting them out.”
Gardai has been contacted for comment.
