THIS is the disgusting moment a bloke is spotted stepping all over a pile of meat in the back of a delivery truck.
The grim scenes were caught on camera during what appeared to be a standard butcher delivery on the corner of Stratford Road in Newham, East London yesterday.
The delivery left two onlookers commenting in disgust as they watched a pair of workers’ blatant disregard for hygiene as one of the men tramples all over the animal carcasses.
Video shot from the passenger seat of a stationary car behind the delivery van shows one of the men standing in the truck, dressed in a blue overcoat, black trousers and sporting a pair of trainers.
His accomplice, dressed in a black hoodie and blue joggers watches on from the roadside, holding what is presumably an inventory sheet.
Inside the truck, the man can be seen wrestling with a stubborn slab of meat but props his feet up on the mountain of meat beside him for leverage.
The man struggles with the carcass and digs around in the pile of meat on the floor, kneeling on it and digging around with his hands and feet.
He can be seen yanking at the meat and trying to flip it round, all whilst stepping all over the remaining produce in the back of the van.
The man behind the camera, left stunned by what he is witnessing, says: “Look at that, look, he’s got his feet all over the meat, only in Newham.”
The delivery worker continues to struggle with the pile of meat while his unfazed colleague watches on offering no assistance.
There appear to be empty boxes in the back of the truck, presumably for storing the meat, but they go ignored by the workers, with the meat being piled on the bare truck floor.
The man recording the footage adds, “Mad, dirty c***s” before a woman in the car with him says: “Video him.”
The footage of the disgusting incident was shared to social media yesterday with the caption: “Only in Newham.”
The clip has since received dozens of likes and comments from sickened social media users who called out the workers’ hygiene standards.
One user said: “Halal that.”
Another added: “This is why you wash your meat.”
A third wrote: “Dirty c***s”
Another commented: “But still, it’s disgusting how it’s handled.”
