Scottish company was the first automotive business to achieve esteemed accreditation
A CAMPERVAN conversion specialist has received an esteemed certification recognising its responsible tax performance for the fourth year in a row.
Jerba Campervans was the first automotive business to have been awarded the renowned Fair Tax Mark accreditation in 2020, and continues to showcase its ethical tax behaviour.
The North-Berwick based company is continuing to lead the way as part of the growing movement of honest tax practitioners, cementing the employee-owned firm’s place as one of the UK’s most ethically-minded businesses.

It is estimated the UK loses an estimated £12.5 billion in corporate tax revenue annually due to corporate profits being shifted to tax havens.
Launched in 2014, the Fair Tax Mark was set up to encourage tax transparency, and is regarded as the gold standard scheme in responsible tax conduct.

Businesses with Fair Tax Mark accreditation include a mixture of family-owned or national brands or social enterprises and co-operatives. Some of the accredited companies are: Scotmid Co-operative, Unity Trust Bank, SSE, Lush, MJ Gleeson or Clean for Good.
The international accreditation scheme spans six countries, including Sweden, Germany, Italy, Denmark and the Netherlands
Jerba is officially recognised by Volkswagen as a converter of its Transporter T6.1 model. The company is 100% employee-owned. They share their knowledge and work ethos within their local community. Their ownership model is a key part of the job specification for those working at Jerba.
