THE SPRAWLING Californian mansion belonging to Muse frontman Matt Bellamy is up for grabs for a cool £5 million.
The rocker, originally from Teignmouth, Devon, has called time on his Malibu home with the property being officially put on the market last week.
Bellamy, 45, who found fame with the band through seven consecutive UK number-one albums, expects to fetch a hefty seven figures for the half-acre home thanks to its countless features.
Stunning pictures indicate why house-browsers were left stunned, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms suiting any family, including that of a world-famous musician.
Images show the home located behind a security fence with large windows in all corners of the house.
A large driveway leads to a double garage at the front of the whitewashed house, which also sports large palm trees, a variety of plants, an outdoor seating area and a basketball hoop.
Inside, a narrow corridor breaks off into a large white living room, boasting a large TV, lengthy couch and exposed beams in the ceiling.
Meanwhile the kitchen, still retaining the sterile white walls and ceiling, sports plenty of cupboard space, as an island separates the oven and hob from the dining area of the room.
Bellamy’s home offers plenty of windows with light streaming into the space no matter where you are on the property.
The bedrooms of the property are incredibly spacious with ample room for a large deluxe king size bed alongside desks and chairs.
Several of the bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, including one of the main bathrooms which also boasts a large bathtub.
The property was built in the late 1980s and offers over 3,600 square feet of multi-level living with skylights and high beam ceilings.
Bellamy initially acquired the home for just over £2m but the singer-songwriter will still be left with two more properties in California after selling this home.
The property is being sold by estate agents Douglas Elliman who posted the home last week writing: “This newly renovated, contemporary-style home has six bedrooms, six baths, living room, family room, large kitchen and an expansive yard.
“The primary suite offers beautiful ocean and mountain views with a cosy wood burning fireplace and dual walk-in closets.
“It includes a one bedroom, one bath guest suite, kitchen and private entrance.
“The garage houses up to three vehicles and has ample storage with a lounge area, perfect for entertaining with additional parking inside the private gate.”
Muse released their ninth studio album last year entitled Will Of The People which was described by Bellamy as a “greatest hits album – of new songs”.
