A SCOTS pet food business is set to host a series of dream job interviews for dog lovers as part of ongoing expansion efforts.
Bella & Duke have announced the recruitment drive as the business looks to recruit for three new roles in a Creative Designer, Copywriter and Content Editor and a Marketing Executive.
The company say that to ensure they find the perfect fit for the roles, they have decided to add a unique twist to the standard interview process.
The business has ditched the formal suit and tie sit downs, and will instead bring successful candidates into their “Parklife” office to meet their potential colleagues and go on a relaxed outdoor walk as part of their interview.
Bella & Duke opened the office earlier this year in attempts to meet the needs of both its staff and any pets.
The business has begun offering flexible working options, with the intentions of utilising the “Parklife” office as a place for employees to bring cats, dogs, ferrets or rabbits.
Mark Scott, CEO of Bella & Duke, said: “As times move on, we’re constantly adapting and innovating.
“Just a few years ago the idea of flexible working seemed strange and unfeasible, and we think it’s time to move on from the sometimes intimidating traditional interviews and scripted answers so we can start to really understand potential new colleagues.
“We want the perfect fit to join our team and help us on our journey to do right by our pets.”
