The interior heavily features exposed natural timber frames, cupboards, flooring and furniture, making for a airy, natural feel to the home.

The property contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room, with a total floor area measuring 180 sqm.

There is also a further detached studio apartment included to the west of the property that the listing explains can be utilised as a “premium waterfront holiday let” or alternatively a “luxury arts and craft studio or home office“.

A car port at street level (with electric car charger) provides “ample off-street parking for two vehicles”, as described on the Rightmove website.

The property was listed on Rightmove at the end of September (SEP 30) by estate agents Stevenson and Marshall.
