A SCOTS amateur chef has created a snack worthy of gracing any table on Burns Night – Irn-Bru haggis pakora.
Myles Omar took to social media on Friday to show his TikTok followers how to create the mouth-watering dish ahead of Burns Night next week.
The 32-year-old had already gone viral for his Irn-Bru chicken pakora last year but decided to give the dish an even more Scottish twist.
Video shows Myles making the snack by putting haggis into a mixing bowl and adding sugar, mixed spices and the juice of half a lemon.
He then chops half an onion, adding it into his mixture before taking a break and speaking about the mythical haggis.
The supermarket stock manager then combines a variety of spices including turmeric and paprika into the bowl before adding cornflour to help bind the mixture together.
Myles then adds coriander and green peppers before delivering a hearty dose of Scotland’s national drink, Irn-Bru.
The batter is added to a pan of hot oil which immediately begins to cook the delicacy which allows Myles to stop for his now famed ‘Irn-Bru break’.
Myles then serves up the cooked pakora on a wooden board alongside a couple of dipping sauces.
The video has attracted over 140,000 views on TikTok and received over 9,000 likes.
Hundreds of viewers have commented on the post after being left salivating over the creation.
