Alicia Moon captured the footage in a car park in Bampton, Oxfordshire, last week after having an argument with the raging driver over parking spaces.
The 23-year-old, from Oxford, Oxfordshire, said the woman was not impressed because she briefly parked in a disabled space to visit the post office.
Footage after the disagreement shows the woman revving the engine on her black Skoda at a male stranger who has tried to intervene.
The motorist is shown edging her car towards the man before arguing with him.
Alicia can then be heard saying: “I can’t believe that, let me just get her number plate sir.”
The man is forced to step back and asks Alicia: “What is wrong with that woman?”
The woman then leans across her passenger seat to shout at the pair before pointing at the stranger and shouting: “I bet you’re one of them that she takes it up the a**e for.”
The motorist then lets out a laugh before driving off as the man angrily says: “That’s absolutely shocking.”
The clip ends as aesthetics practitioner Alicia exclaims: “Oh my God, isn’t that disgusting?”
Alicia posted the video to TikTok on Monday, with no caption.
The clip has already attracted over 2.5 million views and more than 160,000 likes.
Over 7,00 comments have been left on the clip where many viewers have commented on the motorist’s “cackle” style laugh at the end.

@gemmaatkin985 said: “She drove off like Wario from Mario Kart with that cackle.”
@strawbsshortcake said: “I’m so sorry but this is hilarious.”
And @aaahyoumaaad quipped: “Please, she’s laughing at her own jokes, I love her.”
Speaking today, Alicia said: “The Bampton car park is so small because of construction, that people park in disabled spaces all the time.
“If they’re not there, they’re parked on the pathway, at the bus stop, all sorts.
“I had just parked there to run into the post office and when I came back out she was parked on the pathway.
“She asked why I’d parked there and I explained and apologised – before going to move my car.
“She was being really aggressive and rude so I got in my car and got ready to reverse out the space, but then she reversed her car in front of mine, blocking me in.
“She then called me a tramp after saying she didn’t see what my boyfriend saw in me.”
Alicia added: “This gentleman said he was going to stand in front of her car so she couldn’t move and I could manoeuvre my way out.
“That’s when what you saw in the video happened – including that comment at the end.
“At first I was annoyed as she was so rude, but honestly after a couple of hours I rewatched it and found it so funny, I thought it was hilarious.
“I didn’t even realise it had that many views until now, it’s mental.
“I’m glad people found what she said so funny, and that I could help put a smile on people’s faces.”
