New Peter Rabbit nature trail launches in time for Summer holidays

A BRAND new family friendly Peter Rabbit nature trail has opened to the public in the Scottish Borders, taking place over the Summer holidays.

The World of Peter Rabbit Nature Trail will be open 7 days a week and takes place from 26th June till 31st August at Floors Castle in the Scottish Borders.

The Duke of Roxeburghe, Floors Castle resident said: “I am delighted to offer families the chance to come and enjoy our beautiful, historic gardens, with this new World of Peter Rabbit nature trail.”

The cost of admission to the nature trail is included in the price of admission to Floors Castle with a day pass priced at £7 per adult.

Two children per adult get to go free but additional children cost £2.50 at this event which is open daily from 10:30am till 4pm.

All sorts of family friendly activities will be included in the price some of which are garden games and a creative art station with special appearances from other Beatrix Potter characters like Squirrel Nutkin.

The Duke continued: “I am particularly glad that we can offer children a fun and educational way to spend a day outdoors, during the summer holidays.”

All of the activities including the nature trail have been designed with Coronavirus in mind and comply with all regulations including additional hand sanitiser which is available throughout the trail.
