COMEDIAN Bob Mortimer has joked about feeling a “microchip” passing through his body after receiving his Pfizer vaccine.
The 61-year-old comic poked fun at recent Bill Gates conspiracy theories that have circulated online saying that medics would be injecting tracking devices.
Mortimer shared a selfie of himself after having his first Covid-19 vaccine yesterday.
He hilariously captioned his post: “Didn’t feel a thing.. not even when the microchip passed through.”
In the snap, Bob can be seen wearing a face mask and has his vaccination confirmation card tucked into the mask, blocking a portion of his face.
His full name, Robert Mortimer, can be seen on top of the card which tells him when he is due to receive his second jab.
Since Bob shared his picture yesterday, his followers have been leaving equally as funny comments about the conspiracy.

Ridiculous conspiracy theories circulated saying that the coronavirus pandemic is a cover for a plan to implant trackable microchips.
The bizarre claims also said that Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates was behind it.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation were forced to respond and told the BBC that the claim was “false”.
