Shocking video shows out-of-control Mercedes collide with youngster outside food market

SHOCKING video captures the moment a car veered off on a residential road and collided with a food stall – hitting two youngsters in the process.

The black Mercedes hit into the young boy and girl as it mounted the pavement at Aziz Supermarket in Balsall Heath, Birmingham on Friday.

In the clip, a woman and two children can be seen standing outside the small supermarket inspecting the fruit and vegetables outside the store.

The black Mercedes can be seen driving down the residential street in the background.

Unbeknownst to the people standing outside the store, the Mercedes starts to slowly veer off the road.

The car then collides with one of the youngsters standing outside the shop while the other manages to stay on their feet as the Mercedes comes to a halt.

The woman then picks up the small child and backs away from the crashed vehicle while the Mercedes driver abruptly puts the car into reverse.

The car’s bonnet can be seen covered in fruit and vegetables from the collision as it speeds backwards.

As the driver does so, they narrowly avoid colliding with another car just before the clip ends.
