Scottish e-commerce service recruits new Sales Director – Business News Scotland

E-commerce service OnePatch has announced a new recruitment to it senior team who will join as Sales Director.

The Glasgow-based software company has secured the services of Paul O’Brien to “turbocharge” its UK and international sales operation.

The start-up is hoping O’Brien will help increase its users from current levels to 500 by the end of the year.

Paul O’Brien said: “I have looked very closely at the potential for OnePatch as it positions itself in multiple marketplaces and I very much want to be part of what I believe is a shrewd, forward-looking and uniquely innovative company.

“I have worked previously with the company’s co-owner, Brendan Dunne, and I know that, when he sets himself an objective, he delivers without fail.

“I hope to use my long experience in sales to boost the team to the levels it requires to take it to the next stage.”

Among the tasks O’Brien will over see will be to expand the sales force from two to ten as helping develop the company’s new app.
