A NEW home dining service has been launched in Glasgow which is so popular it sold 1000 meals in three minutes.
Deals and Events site itison launched the service with first partner restaurant, Ka Pao today at 9am.
Two more of Glasgow’s leading restaurants are coming on board for next week’s offering, alongside Ka Pao.
Pre-lockdown, Ka Pao had cemented itself as the top spot in the city, with tables booked out weeks in advance to sample a menu influenced by the cooking of South East Asia.
Now customers have rushed to bag themselves the very best of their menu to plate up at home.
Oli Norman, CEO of itison said: “The reaction to itison at home has been incredible!
“Scotland’s entire hospitality sector has been decimated by Covid so it was vital we innovate to survive.
“We’ve got two more amazing partner we can’t wait to reveal next week – set your alarm for 9am next Thursday because they’re going to go just as quickly!”
