SHOCKING video shows the moment a brawl erupts between “taxi drivers” and a group of baseball-bat wielding yobs.
The clash is thought to have taken place in Blackburn, Lancashire and saw one of the thugs threaten to “pull the head off a man’s shoulders and feed it to the pigs”.
The clip appeared on social media yesterday with many online commenters suggesting the fight was between taxi drivers and unruly passengers.
As the video begins, a topless man is seen squaring up to the man thought to be a taxi driver and shouting in his face.
Another man in white tries to get between them the topless man shrugs him off and yells: “When I see you on your own, I’m going to pull your head off your shoulders and feed it to the pigs.”
At this point the camera pans to reveal a man in grey tracksuit bottoms walking towards the scene.
The men continue to argue and one dressed in grey begins trying to goad one of the alleged drivers saying: “Stay away from me. What are you a big man? Go on hit me then.”
Suddenly the violence kicks up a notch as the topless man slaps the driver he was initially arguing with.
It erupts into a brawl with the men slapping and punching each other.
A man with a blue striped top trips the shirtless man who falls to the ground.
He tries to hit him but the man in blue delivers a swift kick to the man’s side.
The man in blue then turns to fight off another attacker, as the man previously holding a baseball bat attempts to strike him.
As the clips ends, the person filming gets knocked and fighting can be heard rumbling in the background.
The footage has been condemned by social media users.
Raja Asif wrote: “When taxi drivers get customers like them then the law should allow them to kick the s*** out of them.”
@Racingsnake added: “Bunch of k***bs.”
And Omar Kham said: “ Mouthy little worms, thinking they are all hard until one hit knocks them out.
“And fatty boy with the bat couldn’t even hit one swing.”
Police say they are looking into the incident.
A Lancashire Constabulary spokesman said: “We were called around 3.55pm yesterday to a report of an assault in Pringle Street, Blackburn.
“It was reported several men had been involved in an altercation.
“A 35-year-old man reported suffering a minor head injury.
“Enquiries are on-going.”
