“Is it safe to come in yet?” Hilarious clip shows girl, 10, walking in on Mum unwrapping vibrator

HILARIOUS video shows the moment a mum unwrapping her new vibrator is walked in on by her 10-year-old daughter.

Amy Jones from Monmouth, Wales had bought the sex toy from Amazon and was unboxing her new purchase when her daughter Evie made an unexpected entrance, despite being asked to wait outside.

The whole scene was caught on camera by her other daughter Jodie, 21, who was filming from across the room.

She then shared the hilarious incident to Twitter on Wednesday.

She posted the clip with the caption: “My sister walking in and saying “is it safe yet” whilst my mum is literally doing a vibrator haul kills me.”

In the video, Amy is seen sat on the sofa with the toy in her hand, reading the instruction manual.

She can be heard saying: “If needed apply water based lubricant. Insert the wider tip at the shaft.”

As she rattles through, Jodie can be heard snickering in the background.

She then continues: “After inserting gently press the end upwards, for a spot on G-spot stimulation.”

Amy was mortified when Evie walked in

Amy exchanges a quick glance with her partner, before revealing the bright pink vibrator.

At that exact moment, Evie can be heard tentatively asking from across the room: “Is it safe to come in yet?”

Amy’s face drops and she scrambles to cover up the toy, as Jodie explodes into laughter.

The camera then pans to Evie who is stood grinning in the doorway.

The video, which was since clocked up more than 6,000 likes online, has had social media users in stitches.

@bad_prudence said: “Her face when she noticed the kid.”

@honourbunce replied: “I just laughed out loud.”

And Emily Moore commented: “Howling.”

Speaking today, Jodie said: “We’re a very open household in which we freely talk about safe sex, and sex in general as my mum wanted us always able to feel comfortable asking any questions.

“About contraception, about pregnancy risk, and about sex in general, questions about how, why.

“We’d spoken about sex toys and how easy accessible they were.

“I came home from work and she was just unboxing a few with her partner, having a laugh, reducing the stigma, making sure her partner and me and herself knew that it wasn’t a shameful thing to have fun in the bedroom.”

“My little sister is just a tad bit young to learn about sex toys at the moment.

“She asks questions all the time coming home from school, but still laughs about the word ‘boobies’, she’s only ten and it wasn’t very appropriate for her to see.

“My mum had said ‘just hang on I’ll come and speak to you in a minute’, and we’d caught her before she opened the door, but that time she just barged through and said, ‘is it safe yet?'”
