Robert says: “Now if I can just ask a favour from all you people on the train. Could you please Tweet into ScotRail to say what a wonderful job I’m doing, and ask my boss to give me a half day tomorrow so I can get my hair, nails and make-up done before I fly out on Saturday.

“Now please enjoy the rest of your day, and hopefully I will see you all again on the 19th of August. Thank you very much for your time and enjoy your day.”
