AN IT recruitment company have announced three senior promotions as they prepare for further expansion over the next year.
Cathcart Associates have promoted Stuart Manderson from sales manager to UK sales director, Murray Simpson to UK sales manager and Liam Wilson to UK business development manager.
In his new role, Stuart will lead the firms team of sales consultants, drive internal recruitment and oversee plans for the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
The UK sales manager job now held by Murray will see him will continue to expand the company’s training structure to develop employee skill sets at all levels.
Liam Wilson will continue to build the Cathcart brand by winning significant new business contracts and building robust client relationships.
