Moment electrician takes revenge on couple who attacked his £35k car with garlic sauce

BIZARRE video shows an electrician take revenge on a couple a week after they threw garlic sauce at his £35,000 car.

Cameron Paton’s Audi S3 was left spattered with garlic sauce after an apparently random street attack by a couple in a Ford Galaxy in Edinburgh earlier this month.

The 23-year-old recognised the same vehicle a week later and 40 miles away as he enjoyed a day out in North Berwick, East Lothian.

So Cameron decided to take revenge for the earlier attack by following the vehicle to a Tesco car park where he jumped out and hurling garlic sauce against the door and windows.

Cameron says he got his revenge after an alleged attack

Cameron’s revenge was posted to Twitter on Sunday shortly after the incident took place and has since racked up more than 117,000 views.

On April 13, Cameron shared pictures of his car covered with the sauce which he says happened at a roundabout near the Cameron Toll shopping centre, south of Edinburgh city centre.

Wanting to find out who did this to him, he asked Facebook users to get in touch if they recognized the car.

He said: “Driving into town for my birthday meal and a foreign sounding couple in a 1998* Ford Galaxy with rear bumper damage decided they didn’t like my car.

“The male passenger jumped out at Cameron toll roundabout and smashed a tub of garlic sauce over it lol, anyone sees this car, grab the reg for me.”

On Sunday, Cameron eventually managed to get his revenge after seeing the Ford Galaxy in question pass him in North Berwick.

The video shows Cameron getting out of his Audi, walking over to the Ford launching a tub of garlic sauce at it.

He then quickly runs back to his car to try and make a quick getaway.

As the clip finishes, a woman wearing a flowery dress can be seen getting out of the car, not looking very impressed.

On Twitter, Cameron explained the story.

He said: “A week ago my car got garlic sauce chucked over it in Edinburgh, today I bumped into the lovely couple in North Berwick and gave them their sauce back.”

His post received more than 4,500 likes and 400 retweets.

There were also multiple comments from Twitter users applauding Cameron for his work.

@Scamblerr said: “This honestly makes me so happy, what are the f****** chances.”

@mckinnon410 commented: “In North Berwick? Surprised the police didn’t cordon the place off and put the town into lockdown, well played.”

Samuel Reid said: “What a guy.”

@Scottytweets19 commented: “F****** legend!”

Martin Little said: “Don’t know you mate, but bravo, lots of respect.”

Cameron shared photos earlier this month claiming his Audi was covered with Garlic sauce

Speaking today, Cameron explained how he claims he managed to spot the original garlic sauce throwers whilst at the beach.

He said: “I was sitting in my car, dusting the sand of my feet when I saw the car drive by and knew that was the same car.

“I recognised how the Ford Galaxy had duck tape over a bump so went after it.”

He also explained what happened straight after the video, and how “good” he felt after he got his revenge.

“The girl [seen in the clip] went ‘it’s you, you little c***’ then tried to chase me. The male passenger also tried to chase me.

“I felt good afterwards, but I just want to leave it at that, go our separate ways.”
