A DOUBLE world-record bagging balloon company has seen business take off thanks to the unprecedented spell of nice weather.
The bright orange Z105 Cameron balloon from ballooning company, Webster Adventures, has competed in worldwide ballooning events and was one of 125 to cross the English Channel as well as being part of 450 balloons in Metz, France.
Following the bout of fine weather, Webster Ballooning has been flying from their hometown of Kinross on hour-long experiences which take in the sights of Loch Leven.
Daniel Webster, the serial entrepreneur who runs the company, said: “The glorious weather has certainly given us a major boost with Webster Adventures; we have had perfect conditions of late to explore the skies above Fife and Perthshire to great effect.”
After launching in 2014, the company has taken flight in Italy, France and Austria.
Daniel’s entrepreneurial portfolio also includes a sustainable local honey business, eco-friendly office space and a luxury house building division.
He added: “It’s ideal for a romantic trip or even a proposal – in fact we are hoping for an actual wedding ceremony to take place in the balloon one day soon!”
