Chef mocked after poached pears end up looking more like a “flaccid” pair of genitalia

A BUDDING chef has been mercilessly mocked after her attempt at poached pears ended up looking more like a pair of “flaccid” genitalia.

Ann Stone, 59, shared the hilarious picture to Facebook showing her friend’s attempt at the traditional French dessert looking rather limp and extremely unpalatable.

The image shows two brown pears looking deflated with the tops failing to hold and lying flat with the top chopped off.

Andrea Toogood 59, took a snap of the poached pears, which she cooked last weekend and showed her long-term pal Ann Stone.

Ann shared the picture of Andrea's concoction showing to "flaccid" pears.

The ladies, from Frome, Somerset, have always been taking the mick out of each other and Ann decided to share the image Facebook to give other people a laugh.

Ann shared the picture to a Facebook closed group yesterday evening captioned with: “My mate Andrea’s poached pears”.

Another user joked: “They call this dish c**k and balls.”

One user said: “Hello limp d**ks.”

Another posted: “Needs a dusting of crushed viagra to garnish and firm them up.”

Others thought the creation looked more like a children’s cartoon character.

One user wrote: “You’ve decapitated Peppa Pig.”

Another said: “Poached pepper pig”.

Numerous users made similar jokes regarding what the poached pears looked like

Speaking today Ann said: “We’ve been friends for forty years plus and have always taken the mick out of each other, when she showed me the picture of her supper I laughed for hours and thought others may get a laugh too.

“When I first saw the pictures I thought it was something rude, but honestly it was poached pears. Not sure what happened to them, I think she removed the stem so they went, well, they went flaccid.”
