MAN ALIVE is a show about expectation meeting reality, and it making you want to gag.

Henry found himself in a Travelodge, lunching on a can of John West Mediterranean Style Tuna Salad.  A can of salad. His hopes were not high and yet, as he peeled back the lid, the unspeakable smell that hit his face made him question two things:

1) The wisdom of buying lunch from a vending machine, and

2) Whether life is all it’s cracked up to be.

can of salad.

Marriage, trains, the ageing process, eggs, the word ‘actually’, the phrase ‘emotional intelligence’, the theatre, Naked Bars and people who run half marathons will all be torn a new one, in a comic rampage that you really do need to witness.

This show explores feelings and attitudes towards life that everyone can relate to, the stress of life and the burden of living.

Henry is a winner of the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year Award and has done stand up on TV on Russell Howard’s Good NewsComedy Central at the Comedy Store and Edinburgh and Beyond.
