PORTRAYING his string of good luck in life, Sam Russell presents Lucky Bastard, a debut comedy show at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Sam is fortunate to be married to a corporate lawyer, has a talent impersonating Elmo, all whilst being the very definition of a straight, white male. Lucky Bastard shares his triumphs, and how guilt may be starting to set in.
Commenting on the upcoming Edinburgh-run, Sam said “This is my debut hour, it is about luck. How we have to be grateful when we have it and hopeful we don’t. Which is also a good attitude to have towards sex.”
Currently a resident MC at the award-winning Angel Comedy Club in London, Sam is also known for his work with improv gigs.
