A CUTE video turns to horror after a deer exploring a car park outside a block of flats wanders into the road – and straight into the path of a vehicle

Aaron Mills spotted the curious creature investigating the bushes outside his home and started filming.

But the 23-year-old’s movie takes a tragic turn as the deer tries to leave the property in Skelmorlie, North Ayrshire, and is immediately knocked down.

The mechanic posted his clip with the caption: “Didn’t see that coming, neither did the deer to be fair.”

He could not resist adding: “Venison burgers it is.”

The video has been viewed over 160,000 times while the post has been retweeted over 2,000 times and attracted over 5,000 likes from social media users.

The clip starts with the hoofed animal poking around in bushes right outside Aaron’s window.

He asks: “Am I dreaming, or is that a deer?” His dog Ollie also appears to be agitated by the sight and barks repeatedly.

Aaron knocks on the window and then adds: “It’s a f****** deer.”

The beast then ambles across the car park and Aaron says: “Just absolute maxo relaxo taking it easy. Look at the big hing. Not a care in the world.”

He continues “I want to to scare it” and bangs on the window again before whistling towards it as it edges closer to the road.

He correctly predicts: “It’s going to get ran over. Watch them cars.”

After the shocking impact, he shouts: “Oh my f****** god. What the f***? I can’t believe I just videoed that.”

Emily Mackay reacted on social media: “Oh my god that is so sad.”

Ellie Greaves said: “Aaron that’s just knocked me sick.”

Martin Wilson said: “I knew what was gonna happen and couldn’t watch.”

Another user said: “Did I miss it or did not one single car go by till that exact moment? #timings.”

Not everyone was upset by the apparent demise of the deer.

Andy Hughes said: “That’s funny as f***. Oh my f****** god.”

Another user joked: “That was a deer mistake.”

Speaking today (MON), Aaron said: “It’s worth noting that the deer got up and ran off.

“You can hear my reaction, I was really shocked. I was about to go downstairs and check it was ok when I saw the car was gone and the deer wandered into the trees.”
