Social worker faces hearing over claims he bombarded colleague with smut

A SOCIAL worker has been accused of making a string of lewd comments to a colleague including saying he wanted to “pump her” and wished he “rode her like a pony”.

Thomas Livingstone allegedly told his co-worker that she had “great t**s” and that he had “unfinished business” with her while working for South Lanarkshire Council.

On another occasion he allegedly said: “You’re a blast from the past and everytime I see you I think that I should have pumped you”.

During a conversation between the two, Mr Livingstone allegedly said he wanted to “pump her” said he told a colleague that he wished he had “rode her like a pony” in the past.

During visits to service users’ homes he allegedly commented on how her breasts bounced when she walked and told her that she “made him hard”.

All of the incidents are said to have happened between August 2015 and September 2016 while employed by the council – however the specific location has not been disclosed.

Mr Livingstone is due to appear in front of a Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) panel later this month for a seven day hearing which will determine whether he gets removed from their register.

SSSC documents detailing the allegations state: “While employed as a social worker by South Lanarkshire Council, you did say to ZZ that you felt you had ‘unfinished business’ with her…’I know that years ago we had kissed but I wish I sh****d you’…and ‘you still have great t**s’…”

Another charge read: “You did say to ZZ ‘You’re a blast from the past and every time I see you I think that I should have pumped you’… repeatedly say to ZZ ‘you wanted to as well be honest’ in relation to wishing you had had sex with ZZ and ‘I know but I can’t help what I think. You’ve still got great t**s and a nice arse’.

The colleague claims that during a car journey to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Mr Livingstone told her she was “eye candy”and that her and another two colleagues would “all get it hard”.

On the way back from the hospital Mr Livingstone has been accused of saying “she’s not my type, it’s you I want to pump” in reference to another colleague.

And he apparently claimed that another colleague had said “I bet you rode her like a pony” to which he replied “I wish I did”.

The allegations continue stating: “on or around 20 October 2015 while accompanying ZZ on a visit to a service user’s home you did tell her ‘t**s are dead bouncy”, stand inappropriately close to ZZ in the service user’s home
making her feel uncomfortable.

He the apparently said: “you have made me hard, I don’t know what you do to me. Whenever I see you or I’m near you I get hard because when you walk past your t** bounce’.

“I wanted to pull your trousers down and s**g f*** out of you”.”

On another occasion Mr Livingstone has been accused of telling her how he would like to “bend her over the printer”.

Mr Livingstone has also been accused of failing to inform the SSSC that he was charged with shoplifting on three separate occasions.

The charges state that South Lanarkshire Council dismissed Mr Livingstone in November 2016.

A spokesman for South Lanarkshire Council today (fri) said: “We would not comment on any individual due to the Data Protection Act.”

However he did confirm that Mr Livingstone was dismissed by the council in relation to allegations stated in the upcoming SSSC hearing.
